“Lindsey Yankey was an incredible guest speaker at our school! She really helped our students get excited about telling their own stories with words and pictures.” -Second Grade Teacher
“Our community loves visits from Lindsey! She tailors each visit to the needs and interests of the school community. She shares each step of the publishing process, from the beginning sketches to the finished book.” Elementary Librarian
"We had a great visit this week with Kansas illustrator/author Lindsey Yankey! She read her newest book, The Dinosaur Seed, gave the kids an exclusive peek at her creative process, and demonstrated some unique art techniques. Her visit taught kids more about how to illustrate and write a book and inspired them to create their own stories!" -PTO President
